PHOTOBOOTHi set up times


Please allow between 30 - 60 minutes set up for the digital PHOTOBOOTHi and 90 - 120 minutes for the DSLR PHOTOBOOTHi set up. This timeframe is not included in the hire timeframe, the operational time will start when the event begins. In regards to available set up times and access to venue, if possible please advise what the earliest time you have access to venue for the setup/bump in. If there are tight timeframe restrictions it is essential to

note these. When possible, pack down/bump outs will be organised for the following day, therefore the PHOTOBOOTHi unit will be left at venue overnight if safe to do so.

PHOTOBOOTHi venue requirements

If possible, please provide venue floor plan and highlight designated area for the PHOTOBOOTHi set up. If the venue is on a multi level dwelling, please advise if there is lift access. If there is a loading zone, please advise accessibility.

Digital PHOTOBOOTHi will require 1x2m and DSLR requires 2x3m. With close access to power. Wifi is essentially req, however does not rely on it to function, once hooked up to wifi the images will load online. 


There are no PHOTOBOOTHi hosts present for the duration of the event; however PHOTOBOOTHi is on call 24/7 for urgent call outs and technical support. The PHOTOBOOTHi units are user friendly and self operational, with public liability insurance to ensure PHOTOBOOTHi safety at your event.

PHOTOBOOTHi Reservations

PHOTOBOOTHi Process:


  • PHOTOBOOTHi booking is confirmed by client & reservation form submitted.
  • Draft PHOTOBOOTHi event image overlays are created & then approved by client. Online Private Event Album Website Links are shared with client.
  • Invoice Sent, payment due by event date. Partial payments are welcome. COD is also accepted.
  • PHOTOBOOTHi  set up is re-confirmed the week of event. Jessica will be in touch, otherwise feel free to call +61421461725 with any queries.
  • PHOTOBOOTHi is delivered and set up a minimum of 2 hrs before start time of event. Please ensure close access to power & confirm wifi connection is available. PHOTOBOOTHi unit is cleaned & hand sanitiser is supplied. 
  • PHOTOBOOTHi is self operational, with virtual attendant. Technical support available 24/7 and PHOTOBOOTHi are on call during the event 
  • PHOTOBOOTHi is packed down on the evening at the end of event or the next morning. PHOTOBOOTHi is thoroughly cleaned & sanitised after event.
  • PHOTOBOOTHi album is available for guests to download for up to 90 days after the event. This album can be password protected upon request. Full sized original images will be send via text to client within 24-48 hrs after event. If you would like images on USB this is as additional $40*.
